JASP.ER : A Thai Pop Group Of Multitalented Kings

JASP.ER is a four member Thai pop group under RISER Music. They were formerly known as PROJECT JASP.ER but recently became a set group and are no longer just a project, which is so exciting!!
JASP.ER debuted on December 19, 2024.
The members of the group are Joong (Archen Aydin), Aou (Thanaboon Kiatniran), Santa (Pongsapak Udompoch), and Pond (Naravit Lertratkosum).
All the members are also actors and are under GMMTV as well! We love multitalented kings lol.
Joong is a vocalist and dancer. Aou is a vocalist and dancer. Santa is a dancer and vocalist and in the recent comeback did a bit of rapping too! He is also the youngest in the group. Pond is a rapper and dancer.
I first discovered each of them on the shows they have been in and wanted to support them on this exciting new journey of theirs!
My bias (or favorite member) is Aou! I love his vocals and the way he performs! He is also the leader of JASP.ER.
All of the members have been in many different series and some members have even been in the same shows together!
Joong has been in shows such as Hidden Agenda, The Heart Killers, and soon to come out this year, 2025, Dare You To Death.
Some shows that Aou has been in are Hidden Agenda, We Are, Perfect 10 Liners, and he is also going to be in Only Friends: Dream On, which does not have a release date yet.
Santa has been in shows such as 7 Project, Perfect 10 Liners, Between Us, and is going to be in shows such as Love You Teacher and First Degree, which do not have release dates yet.
And last but certainly not least, Pond has been in shows such as Fish Upon The Sky, Never Let Me Go, Our Skyy 2, We Are, and Leap Day.
JASP.ER’s debut song was called SADISTIC. SADISTIC was released on December 19, 2024. My interpretation of the song is that it is about a person loving someone and having a relationship with them.
Even though they are not good for them or even a good person overall they still want to be with them. They still do even if that person is hurting them.
I really enjoyed the choreography as well, they even had a moment toward the end of the song where Aou does a backflip with Pond’s help, which was so fun and creative!
The song Take It Off just came out on April 4, 2025. This song for me is an instant hit! I watched the music video the day it came out and kept hitting replay lol. I think that I might like this song a little more than SADISTIC but both are really good!
I think the meaning of the song, or at least my opinion, is that it is about someone that likes a girl that has been hurt because of the person they loved in the past and now she is afraid to love or be in relationship again.
They are asking that person to essentially open their heart for them. They are saying that if that person does open their heart to them and gives them a chance, they will make them forget about the pain they felt because of the person they perviously loved.
Some lyrics from the song include, “the pain from your past, you’re still holding tight… you’ve built a wall around your heart, sealed up inside… take it off…. don’t hide no more”
The choreography for the song is also really fun and I think they did an amazing job! Another key point I would say is that, Joong had a high note around the middle of the song and he did great and it was an amazing addition!
The outfits and styling in this music video are also incredible!
Joong and Pond have even featured on the song CHARM by the Thai pop group LYKN! This came out on Apr 4, 2024 and is such a good song. Pond rapped in this song and I absolutely loved his deep voice and thought it fit perfectly in the song!
Joong sang and he was also incredible, his sweet singing voice really added something special to the song! The choreography is also amazing.
I was obsessed with this song for weeks lol! It really makes you want to get up and dance. Below is the music video.
I was so unbelievably excited that these four amazing artists and actors would be together in a group! I would highly recommend checking out this group and following each of them.
You should definitely follow their music careers and also their acting careers as well! I wish nothing but the best for them! And I really can not wait to see what JASP.ER does in the future!
Please leave a comment with your opinion or interpretation of their songs and music videos! Also who is your bias in JASP.ER and why?
